Hello nadi,
mpiexec problem is solved computation runs, but there is a problem with your steering file. The error is clearly displayed. You have 9 boundaries, hence
OPTION FOR TIDAL BOUNDARY CONDITIONS needs a value for each boundary, e.g.
OPTION FOR TIDAL BOUNDARY CONDITIONS=4;4;4;4;4;4;4;4;4
If you keep having problems, next time attach the steering file (.cas).
