Hi,

As nicogodet said, boundary no.3 should be checked. If we look further into why such error occurs, it could be the reasons listed below.

1. You may check the bottom topography at the inlet of boundary 3, it's very likely that the slope there is quite steep which leads to supercritical flow;

2. If the slope is mild, this error still jumps out. Chances are that the inflow at boundary 3 cannot be solved as subcritical flow with your initial condition. You may try to increase the initial depth a bit to see if it works.
