When we install Telemac, other files like python are installed as well. If we want to just use Fortran codes, do we need to still install that files?

What do you exactly want to do when you say "just use Fortran codes"?
Compile them, run a TELEMAC computation? Something else?
Python scripts may help you to compile source codes, run a computation (and so many other tasks).

I want to integrate TELEMAC 2d into my C# application. The way I can do it is by building the source code of telemac and getting some dll's and referring them in my c# application.
How can I get dll's by building source code/ How can I build telemac2d source code?
Do I must use python to run telemac 2d or do I just call telemac 2d Fortran API functions to start and end 2d simulation?
