Maybe no smpd daemon runs on the computer...
To investigate, go into the temporary directory and run the program out...
In a second time run the full command which is given and which is supposed to failed...

It depends of the problem. Have a look on the forum (use the search engine) as there was already a lot of posts on the mpi problems

You should look on mpi manuals to well configure it as in your case it's clearly indicate that the connection was rejected.
So probably a problem in the registration of the account form the mpi point of view...
