Note that only 2 of the variables have 1non-zero data (and they seem to be visually the same). Therefore, it seems likely that nothing was written into the SLF file other than zeros.

I think one of the problems is that you have not defined your CN-values. From your result file, I can see that your CN value is 0 everywhere. This will cause all of your rain to be "infiltrated" and therefore no runoff can form.

Define your CN values to 100 for example and check, if you still cannot see any water depth.
