open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I followed the tutorial in coupling_user_v8p5.pdf to try running a one-dimensional and two-dimensional coupling case. However, after running the Python script driven_coupling.py from the channel_manning example, I encountered the following error. Can anyone help me?

Have you applied what is written in chapter 3 of the MASCARET-TELEMAC-2D longitudinal coupling User Manual: "Software requirements and installation"? In particular the "api" target activation?

The example perfectly runs on my computer, hard to say more.
