open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I have been trying to install the authomatic telemac V8P4 for days now and keep on having some errors as: this file does not have an app assosciated with it for performing this action as shown in the attached file. Please I need help.

You just need to read the forum rules as a beginning for newcomers. This will indicate you that v8p4 is out of date and no longer supported.
Then you need to use the search engine to find an answer to your problem as this has been already answered many times...
