Hi Benoît-Joseph,
Time zone used for this model is UTC.
The bdd_jmj contains harmonic constants which only depend on the coordinates of the nodes, not time. Thus you can "predict" tides in 2012, because, in TELEMAC, the tidal signal is reconstitued from these harmonic constants, the periods of harmonic constituents, nodal factors (with a cosinus functions) and time.
For your information, the new version 6.2 enables to deal with two other sets of databases of tidal constants (from OSU and LEGOS). bdd_jmj only provides 4 harmonic constituents, whereas the two other sets provide at least around 8 constituents. My own experience in the English Channel has shown that tide is better modelled with these last two databases (I am supposed to present a paper and a talk next TELEMAC-MASCARET User Conference in October).
Hope this helps,
Chi-Tuan
