Actually, Blue Kenue version 3.3.4 (Currently available on the WEB) doesn't provide support for double precision geometry.

Floating point is limited to 7 significant digits. So sub-meter accuracy in UTM coordinate space is not well represented. (you have very small structures in your mesh)
You will have to use menu item "Edit->Shift in X/Y..." to shift your mesh.
