OK let's try to understand the message : it says file t2dfort.f on unit 12, the file on unit 12 should be T2DIMP in the temporary file, not t2dfort.f, this is a mystery for me. As the case crashed, you still have the temporary folder where it was run, do you have inside a file t2dfort.f and a file T2DIMP, and do you find Fortran in the first and the text of your file lqd.lqd in the second ?

If you do not find, post exactly all the files of the case so that we can try.

It seems that I have found my fault,I delete the first boundary node and the last boundary node,the it worked,I donn't know if the problem is it?
