Hello,

I'm actually working on a simple case : constant slope on 2km square domain with a flow velocity fixed at 1m/s.
The objective is to create a small gaussian hump at the center of the model (included in the mesh) and then watch its evolution. The bed is considered fixed at the inflow.

Unfortunately, I got some problems with the sedimentation : dig in the inflow and accumulation at the outflow. The calculation goes wrong for simulation time > 1000.

Here is my files attached.
Thank you for your time and your help.

Have a nice day

In the cli-file, you have set the the bed level as free, not fixed. Combined with clear water coming in that will lead to erosion at the inflow.
Change 5 4 4 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 4
to 5 4 4 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 5
in the cli-file
and add
EQUILIBRIUM INFLOW CONCENTRATION = YES
to the GAIA steering file

Hi, thank you for your answer.

I still have the accumulation at the outflow and the dig at the inflow with the new cli-file (attached).
I don't understand this accumulation at the end and my calculation starts to be unstable for long times with this problem.

Thank you for you help,
Regards,
T.P.
