I am learning gaia module. In the case yen-t2d, I don't know how to make the initial file ini_yen-exp.slf. Could you please teach me how to make this file?

It should be a TELEMAC-2D result file (or just 1 time step) which can be generated by running a previous hydrodynamic computation with TELEMAC-2D.

You can read the "Continuing a computation" section of the GAIA user manual to learn more.

If the reults file contains only 1 time step, it will be hard to do an animation... Hence the option is not available in BlueKenue.
