You have horizontal planes which cross, which is forbidden in TELEMAC-3D.

My first advice is to have a look at the TELEMAC-3D dictionary or the TELMEAC-3D reference manual + TELEMAC-3D user manual and wonder why you have change some default choices for some keywords.

My 2nd advice is to use TIDAL FLATS = YES.

Thank you for your answer. What I want to simulate is the hydrodynamic force of the confluence of main and tributary. Can telemac3d not simulate the confluence of main and tributary? Why to modify the parameters is based on my research object, just like the geo.slf file I provided.
If I want to simulate the confluence of trunk and tributary, is there any other way besides adding TIDAL FLATS = YES? I read the manual, but my understanding is not enough, and some of them are not understood. Would it be convenient for you to tell me which parameters to modify based on your experience? TIDAL FLATS = YES is the default choice for this keyword. To deactivate it, you have to be sure that you never have dry areas or issues with the mesh distribution over the vertical. It enables to accelerate computations in those cases because less tests are done but it crashes if you have one of the previous situations.

My experience is to start from default choices + read recommendations in the TELEMAC-3D user manual (there is an appendix) + have a look at the TELEMAC-3D examples but understand them well to know why some choices may have be done if not default choices.

What I would change first is TIDAL FLATS = YES.
