does can the v70p0 version read that command ?

As Thierry suggested you should download the latest stable version of telemac (if the automatic installer doesn't complete the installation install it manually by following the instructions on the wiki and related forum posts). I was able to run my case with diffraction using the subroutine posted by Thierry and it worked fine.
