You have to modify the routine qveg and setting alpha where you want to put vegetation, there is an example in the test case dean.
A function that can also be useful is the function inpoly you can find an example to use inpoly in the user fortran of the telemac2d test case porosite in the file corpor

In the cas file of the Dean example , I do find the key word

NOM = 'PRISE EN COMPTE DE LA VEGETATION' = oui
NOM1 = 'VEGETATION TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT' = yes

so how the run go inside the Qveg subroutine ??

the steering file is in french without call to the vegetation (V7p0r1) !!
I will try to find an other version of this Dean case

That is possible then. In that old version, calculations were not automatically compared to references.
I would advise you to use a recent version, some bugs are regularly corrected.
In recent versions, in the validation documentation, there is automatically the result of the last validation drawn so that you can check that you have the same result immediatly.
