open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear all,

I have wind file (.slf) varying in both time and space.

With this wind forcing, I would like to run TOMAWAC and validate the spectral parameters of the model (HM0 and Tp) with ECMWF data.

In this regard I need to give the boundary condition but i don't know how to give the boundary condition.

Any help is highly appreciated.
