Hi forum!

I am simply wondering if there is a way to extract the breaking wave height from a model result? It is not a standard printout variable, but are there someone out there who have implemented a way to determine where waves break, and at what height?

I have found that the printout variable "BETA" (Breaking wave coefficient) seems to correlate well with the breaker zone when I compare model results to satellite images, but I'd like to find out if there is a way to extract the breaking wave height for a time-series.

Many thanks, schmirre!
