hello

I am a beginner with telemac and tomawac, and I have some difficulties with tomawac.

is it possible to use tomawac with fudaa prepro? consequently should I add the executable of tomawac in fudaa preferences ? is it necessary to have a fortran compiler to us tomawac?? in the test case there is always a .f file

thanks

Here is a first answer by Giovanni mattarolo:

Hello,

it is possible to run TOMAWAC simulations without fortran compiler. To do so, in the steering file, the keyword FORTRAN FILE must not be used.
The FORTRAN FILE contains all the user-modified TOMAWAC subroutines as well as the specifically developed routines for a specific computation.
This file is compiled and linked during run time in order to generate the executable being used for the simulation.

If you do not use a fortran file, your simulation runs with the default executable of TOMAWAC, based on the original subroutines of the version 6.0.

Regards

And we are now checking a few things before giving you a second answer.
