Hi all,

Could someone point me to where in tomawac I input the 2D specifics of the vegetation (QVEG only takes constants if I read it right). My domain has vegetation in different areas (shallows only), so I was wondering if there are only examples of a 2D vegetation grid input into the model.

I know that QVEG has the constants such as dissipation coefficient etc, but I couldn't find where the model knows if there is vegetation at a particular model node.

Thanks,
Shiv

Hello

In fact you have two examples for vegetation in the one called Vegetation you have vegetation everywhere, in the one called dean, you can see in the user_fortran/qveg.f that there are vegetation only for 50<X<150

Hope it answers your question

regards

Thierry

Thanks Thierry, that answers my question exactly. I always forget that the telemac series has a user-fortran folder/file where the code customization happens.

Cheers,
Shiv
