From the error message, your problem is in your mesh, but since you didn't post your mesh but 2 times your cli file we can't see the problem with your mesh.

Fin in attach the mesh in the geometry file.
I have changed the previous mesh, but I got the same error
attach are all necessary files.

Your file boundaryJuly3.cli is not good, you have the same point (702) defined twice at line 673 and 678.
And i guess that on your other try it is for the point 1143 that it is the case that is what the message says.

The problem comes from your mesher look at this zoom.

So you can put less details in your geometry or make a finer mesh.

How to solve these issues?

thanks for the guide, I have changed the geometry and retrieve duplication points, the previous error has solved, but there is another new issue concern the domain outside. How to solved this. Find in attach the new files.

Your domain bounds are different than your sources co-ordinates. The sources should be within domain (mesh) limits. Pls Check

error message is very clear, look at the coordinates you specify for print and the mesh you created.
Also, you have parts of your domian connected by a single element (2 points).
