Help me to simulate influence of vegetation in reducing wave height in Tomawac. Which subroutines can i modify to do that? Samples?

Hi,

we are actually working on this subject with Vito Bacchi, who is doing a post-doc on the effect of the vegetation on the hydrodynamics.

His results on "Wave energy dissipation by vegetation in TOMAWAC" will be presented in the next TELEMAC-MASCARET user club.

You need to implement a new sink term in Tomawac to take these effects into account...

I known in the drag law model of Collins (1972), can describe the influence of mangrove tree through friction coefficient Collins.
I hope it will be implement in Tomawac as soon as possible.
