I would like to add wave-induced currents to my TELEMAC-2D simulations. Unfortunately I did not save the variables FX and FY in my wave results. Is it possible to calculate FX and FY (as required by TELEMAC-2D) from Hm0, direction, Tp and water depth?

Hello

As you may know HM0 and Tp are quantities integrated on the whole spectrum (directions and frequencies integrations).

Fx and Fy are quantities calculated from radiation stress which are the results of other integrations on the whole spectrum.

So the only very specific case where you would be able to construct formulas for Fx and Fy would be the case of a monochromatic wave.

As it is probably not your case, you would better rerun your case and specify Fx and Fy in VARIABLES FOR 2D GRAPHIC PRINTOUTS.
