Hang on...the TRUNK version.. I have the same problem with trunk on HPC Redhat. it keeps "pending" very long time..

I attach here my configurations. Could you check it for me? By the way, could I refer your configuration that works with TRUNK using GFORTRAN/OPENMPI on linux and mingw64/mpich2 on windows?

Since you can have intel compilers in linux as well, you have to make sure that the smpd/mpiexec pair come from the same source. Also trace the differences of the TRUNK installation with your previous working installation. That could lead you to the problem. Costas
