how to compile MASCARET，my ……\builds\win7gfors\lib\mascaret have *.o and *.mod,but ……\builds\win7gfors\bin have not correspond to mascaret.exe

Your configuration file is OK for scalar mode -- since you seem to be using the trunk, just remove the compilation of mascaret in your configuration file:

modules: system -dredgesim -mascaret

Here attached is a configuration with mpich2 (please modify the paths to mpi in this configuration file). You will also need libmetis.a.

My guess is that you do not have ifort installed on your computer (intel fortran compiler). In fact you do not need it -- stick to the systel.cfg I have provided -- it uses gfortran, which is free.
