open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear everyone,

Thanks for releasing V7p2 recently!

I have been spending a week to play around with TELEMAC V7p2 installation in different ways, on different OS systems.

Now I just tried to see if I could compile V7p2 automatically on Windows, but after the compilation starts, I got an error attached.

Could someone help?

there is some problem with step 2 shown as picture followed

try remove the folder v7p2 and try again that should solve the problem.

THanks for your reply, I think I got the meaning of this step, just download the program on internet, and maybe I have done this step when I install use the automatic installer.
But when I use systel_v7p0.cfg (which I have change the "v7p0" to "v7p2" ,if I have to change it to v7p2r0 ) to compile my telemac but it show that it is not found that modules: dredgesim
Is there any other different between v7p0 and v7p2 on the configuration file ?

Hi WANG,

I resolved my problem on that day by installing it manually. It should be not difficult to do it. For manual installation, please follow this link:

If you don't use dredgesim, you just exclude it in your configuration.

Hi,

if you don't need it, in your configuration file (****.cfg), you just do like this:

modules: system -dredgesim
