Dear all:

This is my first time to install telemac system on my PC with Win10.
Can anyone give some advice with problem displayed on the pic.

and one more thing, what is "the admnistrator shell" on this link wiki.opentelemac.org/doku.php?id=how_to_run_a_simulation
