This message indicate that your config file probably doesn't have the same name that the one you give in the systelcfg.
Check the systelcfg value you enteres and look into the config folder the name of the config file you should use.
I suspect the problem comes from the mention v7p2r2 in the systel which is probably v7p2 in the config folder...

systelcfg is an environment variable create when you run the telemac command windows.
The definition of this variable is done in the parameter of this command windows and could be see in the properties. You should have something like:
"set SYSTELCFG=xxx"
This environment variable give the configuration file you're using to run telemac among a list of different potential configuration.
In each configuration file you could have different configuration.
The problem could come from a bad configuration file name according to the parameter given or a problem inside the configuration file if a configuration selected in the header of the file is not described in the file.
