I do not have the v7p3 version option when installing this software automatic installation...
Does this make me unable to download this version when installing manually???
I can only install the two versions shown in the image,manually

If you're familiar with TortoiseSVN which was installed with the autoamtic installer, you could download the sources of all new version with the same approach.
On the website, the page dedicated to manually finish the installation could also be used. The latest version available as tag is v7p3r1

Checked out revision 11561 is SVN telling you which version it has checked out, so that is good news, not an error.

Now you can compile v7p3r1.

Just take care that you downloaded v7p2r2 and named it v7p3 which is not really good for a future use...
You probably made a mistake in the svn command.
The repository should be v7p3r1 in the command line
