I have successfully installed telemac to my laptop by sharing my mobile internet.

I tried the similar installation in my office pc where we have access to internet through a proxy server the installation in not happening.

I want to know whether we have to make any exemption in our network system to allow the installation or we have any other methods to have this issue sorted out.

Hi preeti,
In tortoise vpn in the network settings enable that you are using network proxy similar to that we do with google chrome or other browsers. Then paste the link and download source code.
