Hi,

I tried to install last version of TELEMAC on windows 10 following the procedure, and met an error : Can't open included file 'mpih.f'.

I would say you have a problem with the definition of include in your config file...

I join my config file, I kept the definition of include I used on previous versions...

Changing version implies sometimes changing configuration file
Update your config file according to examples available in the version you would like to use...
Libs_partel and libs_all should be merged
