Hi everybody,

sorry but I got an error each time I want to install the Python packages. I used instructions in this link wiki.opentelemac.org/doku.php?id=install..._windows_with_cygwin ,

but when I do the command, (python3 do not work) py -3.8 -m pip install -r requirement.txt i got this message
error_when_running_requirementfile_for_scipy_numpy.png

.

I also tried to do it (installing python packages) on python 3.9 and I got same kind of error
