open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear everyone,

I was wondering if you help me because I had a problem compiling telemac with python3 in the systel file I add -cpp and I replace compil_tools.py in C:\cygwin64\home\opentelemac-mascaret\v8p2r0\scripts\python3\compilation. I got the same error.
