open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I executed the .exe file of TELEMAC to do the automatic installation and I almost got successful. The shortcuts for TELEMAC v8p2 and TELEMAC parallel v8p2 were created, but I can't use the command:

compileTELEMAC.py
compile_telemac.py

I tried both of them. Both configs files are already in the configs file.

I annexed the error message that I received during the installation process.

I also noticed that my folder contains a python27 folder in the opentelemac folder and a python3 folder on the scripts of v8p2 folder.

Why install v8p2 when v8p3 is the latest and supported version?

No, I couldn't finish installing v8p3 and tried to install v8p2 using the auto installer, so I got this message.

There is no automatic installer for V8P2 so it won't be easier to install than V8P3.

You should install V8P3 by following the instructions available from this Git repository: gitlab.pam-retd.fr/otm/wintel

Also, I had difficulties on installing v8p3 because the steps were not clear to me.

The steps are the same, the required software (python, Mpich2, etc) are the same so I would say stick with v8p3.
Verify you have python3 installed (2.7 scripts are not used anymore).
Verify if you have the path set right, there are numerous treads on the forum about that.

Now, I'm trying to install v8p3.

In the git, it says to build TELEMAC-Mascaret. I tried to use the following command in prompt but it didn't work. Can you help me? I don't know what's wrong
