gitlab.pam-retd.fr/otm/wintel
- Install Git OK
- Install CMake OK
- Download and extract Mingw64 files OK

Unless you absolutely need hdf5, you can omit it inclusion. MUMPS, MED, AED2, GOTM are optional libraries and you can skip their compilation and linking to TELEMAC.
