open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi Telemac users,
I am trying to compile the Telemac v8p4r0 on my laptop with Windows 10, and I use CYGWIN to compile the numerical model. I have followed step by step the procedure mentioned in installing on Windows with Cygwin (installation on Windows with Cygwin).

I have had some problems understanding how I set the compile configuration; the forum has been useful in finding some answers. For example, I followed the topic Installation with Cygwin

So far, the build process has yet to finish because I am getting a CalledProcessError related to f2py. The f2py is not finding it. I have found in the file sources if the f2py exists, but the file is not inside some folder.

I have checked some topics, for example, Python API installation to figure out how to solve my problem or find some clue.

Attached my config file as well as the output of the compile_telemac.py --verbose

Can someone provide some guidance to finish solving my problem?

Regarding your issue, you need to install NumPy, it's a requirement. I would suggest that you take a look at this repository to install Telemac prerequisites and optional dependencies: gitlab.pam-retd.fr/otm/wintel.
