open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi,

I am trying to install Telemac following the instructions provided here:https://gitlab.pam-retd.fr/otm/wintel
Unfortunately I am facing an error I currently cannot solve myself.
I hope to find help here. I attach the file containing all relevant information of what happens when running the "C:\wintel>build-telemac C:\telemac" command.
