open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

hello everyone
i tried to download telemac v8p4r0 but i don't know how to install it well , i watched several videos on youtube that are using svn, i think the telemac official site changed it to another service, where we can download several folders, so i download these folders but i dont know how to continue installing it (since am installing it from youtube they didn't have the same thiings )

I know watching is easier than reading but this is not the right solution
There is specific documents on the web site here:

but i've read this but there's no guide to install it they wrote on the Using the automatic installer Coming soon

In the upper part, there is the link with the automatic installer and some complementary information...

but i've already downlod it , the issue is in the svn and the other folders
