open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I just installed telemac v5p9 on my computer. When I started to run a test case, the following error message was shown:

Could anybody please advised me how to solve the problem?

Did you check the dico file exists in the directory?
Did you finalise the installation with the execution of install_systel.bat in the install/win directory?

I finalised the installation with the execution of install_systel.bat in
the install/win directory. However, I didn't find the dico file in the directory.
Is this problem from installation? or What else? What should I do next?
