The line in the automatic installer does not have any mistake. so if you have a problem at this stage it is probably because of your proxy.

I have tried opening and typing in the DOS command.. But I still encounter the following error as per attached.

Check if svn is well installed.
You could maybe run again the prerequisites installer for svn.
If this allways occur, try to manually add the path to svn in your path

May I know how to manually add SVN to my own path?

It's normally automatically done by the installer...
If not, you have to go in the configuration panel of your computer, find the advanced parameter to find environment variables...
Then you could add the path to svn executable...
