is the visual fortran still used by telemac2d? I tried to launch a test model, but I got an error about "ifort". As far as I know ifort is the compiler of intel fortran. is there any way to use the old "visual fortran" compiler instead?

Yes, ifort is the intel visual fortran compiler.
When you mention the "old visual fortran" compiler, I suppose you mean Compaq Visual Fortran.
For the moment, it's impossible to use the Compaq Visual Fortran with this version of Telemac.
In a near future, when the sources will be fully available, you will be able to try to compile Telemac with the Compaq Compiler (it's a hard job, because you should modify some subroutines)

For the moment, Intel Fortran Compiler is the only compiler use with the windows version of Telemac.
