Dear all,

Can someone help me to figure out why the solar radiation on the level Z is also multiplied by the extinction coefficient Kd? Radiation RAY3%R(I) is already reduced by the exp(-Kd*z)...

TEXP%ADR(IND_T)%P%R(J) = TEXP%ADR(IND_T)%P%R(J) +
& KD*EXP(KD*(Z(J)-Z(I+(NPLAN-1)*NPOIN2)))*RAY3%R(I)/LAMB

Hi!

I assume it has to do with the derivate dQ(z, RS)/dz (see eq.6.10 of Waqtel theory guide). With Q = RS* exp(KD*z - Kd-zs) this gives dQ/dz = RS* Kd*exp(KD*z - Kd-zs)
