Hi all I am trying to run a 3D simulation coupled with GAIA module, I have set cas files as tutorials show but in the beggining of the simulation the attached message appears. I am running the model under windows operating system, could you help me with some advice on possible errors I am making?

Regards

Hi
did you check if you're able to run one of the official test case without any problem?

Dear c.coulet thanks for you reply, in fact I tested turbidity-t3d case in both single and parallel computation and it worked well. So I will review .cas files to try to find something I am missing and I will come back to update the status of this topic.

Good if it works in parallel as the error message you reported sounds linked to a mpi problem...
Try to test your case step by step
Telemac3d alone and with gaia in a second time...

Hope this helps

I used the same cas file from the example setting with my files and information required, but the same error appears. Telemac3D alone works well, Telemac2D + GAIA works well; the problem appears when I try to use Telemac3D + GAIA.

I don´t know if this information is necessary but the model i want to test use just a specific surface of the total bed as sediment transport model, for this I use a fortran code.

Hi
try without your own fortran...
If it works this probably mean you code is not fully parallel

Thank you for all your responses, finally I have found the error. It is something weird and I don´t know if you think the same; in Telemac2D-GAIA, I used to set fortran directory within gaia cas, but for Telemac3D-GAIA this trow the error, so for this case you must set fortran directory in main cas file.

Telemac3D-GAIA in parallel simulation now is running well.

Best regards for all
