Hi, I am thinking of introducing additional source and sink terms into the turbulent kinetic energy transport equation at specific computational areas/nodes to account for the effect of additional turbulence production and dissipation.

I am aware of the user_source which allows users to add source terms in the hydrodynamic equation. However, it does not seem like there is such a subroutine for K in k-eps turbulence model. Am I right about this? And if so, would you be able to suggest ways that I can implement such change? Thanks in advance!

Hello Ray,

Have a look at the SOUKEP subroutine if you use k-epsilon turbulence model.

Hope this helps,
