Hello,

I'm modelling a source with thermal discharge just next to a solid boundary.
In the results, i can see a diffusion of the temperature along the solid boundary with discontinuity : some element of the mesh are not impacted
It sounds physically weird.

Do you know where the problem comme from ?

Are you sure it is not just due to the levels chosen for the colours? What we do not see is the values, and the underlying mesh. Another possibility : the default boundary condition on the solid boundary is dC/dn=0 where C is the tracer, this is perhaps not very compatible with a nearby source.
