I was wondering if there is any coupling procedure between T3D and TOMAWAC and more generally if anyone have look at a case dealing with waves within a 3D circulation framework.

Hello,

In version 6.0 there is a chaining between Tomawac and Telemac-3D. It means that you can use a Tomawac result as data for Telemac-3D, to get the stress induced by waves. This stress is only so far equal to what is done in 2D, i.e. depth-averaged. We are currently implementing a dynamic step by step coupling between Telemac-2D and Tomawac, that will be also readily applicable to Telemac-3D. This will be in version 6.1 (due July 2011).
