I tried to install latest version but it doesn't work for some reason. Do you think the per compiled version works without any compiler?

Hi
As for Artemis you need to define the boundary conditions, you need a compiler.

As the latest versions works with a free compiler you should find a way to compile telemac on your computer...
Also, if you already have a compiler which works on your computer, you probably could use it maybe with small adaptation of the configuration file
