open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi! I'm new here for some help!
I have a shapefile, which can be showed normally in QGIS, however, when I tried to open it in Bluekenue, both 2D view and 3D view are blank . I have checked the coordinate system, everything seems correct, but I can't figure out how to fix the problem. Is there anybody can help me please?

Thank you for the reply and now I canopen the shape file.

But a new problem occurs: The 2D view is not actual what it should like, instead, it looks lie some points scatter on the coordinate system. Could you please help me fix this also?

When I open the software the window of the 2d viewer seems lagging and when I open a any file it loads correctly, and the backend seems working fine.
Because I've tried to interpolate a mesh, and the coming result was correct even when I couldn't see anything on the viewer.
Here I attached 2 images the first one when I open the GUI and when I load the results and try to show them.

I don't know how to reproduce what you're seeing and if I can't reproduce it then I can't fix it. hhmm... could you try sending me a SLF file that you used and then the exact steps to create the point set? Maybe the exact steps you are following are causing the issue...

Also, what graphics card are you using? Is it an on-board / integrated one? Do you have "high performance" set (as per the Troubleshooting section in the reference manual)?

This is the screenshot of my view.

In Bluekenue, I do the following steps: Import-ArcInfo-ArcView Shape File

And after I drag the shapefile to 2D view, all points are located on the axes

After following your exact steps, mine works.



What are you doing differently? I see a lot of other things in your WorkSpace. Perhaps that is related. OR... perhaps your specific shape file is not supported. And since I don't have yours... I can't test that hypothesis.

Also, open up the Meta Data properties on the shape file object... what does it say? Minde is a 2D Line Set coming from an ARC_POLYGON
