I read through the t2d user manual that for natural rivers with a steep slope, initial condition can be defined as a free surface slope.

How can we define a free surface slope?

Do anyone here know how to initialize the free surface in FUDAA-PREPRO?

I could create a free surface in FUDAA. But how can I use this created free surface profile as my initial condition? which format should we export this created profile?
Should we set the keyword 'INITIAL CONDITION' to 'PARTICULAR' for using this created profile as the initial condition? But as far as I know, whenever we set this keyword 'INITIAL CONDITION' to 'PARTICULAR', we should modify the condin.f file.

Anyone who has performed a similar process?

The idea is to create a previous computational file then the keyword initial condition is no longer used...

Actually, I just find out the solution exactly as you mentioned. A previous computation file is created by FUDAA which can be used as a previous computation file to continue the computation.
