open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi everybody,

I am a freshman for telemac and study it two week ago. I want to use telemac to simulate the water flow in river.

Using Arcgis, the river base has been extracted and the output format can be emf, eps, ai ,gif ,or txt. How can I input this format file to fudaa-prepro-1.1.0 and generate the triangular mesh? And after the step can the boundary conditions file and the geometry file be auto-generated by MATISSE? How to treat the question considering the rainfall? Finally how to create the steering file? Someone can help me ?

Hello,

Have you considered using BlueKenue for creating the mesh? I use FUDAA to create the steering file and BlueKenue for the mesh and boundary condition files (.cli). There is very good documentation and tutorials on how to use BK to create a mesh. Have a look here:
