open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi,

I am modeling river ice using KHIONE software and have a few questions that I would appreciate your help with:

Is KHIONE capable of modeling river ice if parts, such as riverbanks, are higher than the water level? or does the entire river need to be covered with water for modeling?

If KHIONE can model "dry area" , what options should I specify in my cas_ice file to enable this feature?
